Second only to the numerous trees, there is no shortage of rocks and boulders of all sizes here at Possum Ranch. In this track you will hear the sounds of moving rocks and rocks being struck by a screwdriver and steel logging wedges, with the additional sounds of birds, rustling leaves, one loose electric guitar string and the sound of my neighbor's dump truck driving by. All of these sounds were recorded with my Tascam DR-05 digital recorder. I also recorded the sounds of real pigs with my Radio Shack CTR-101 portable cassette recorder which I then twisted and mangled through my circuit bent cassette player.
